Order Cancellation & Modification

At Pajamas Lovers, we aim to process your order as quickly as possible so you can receive your cozy sleepwear without delay. Because of this, please read the following carefully before placing your order:

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes – but only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. We allow a **12-hour window** after placing an order for cancellations or modifications. After this period, your order will be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

How can I request a cancellation or modification?

Please email us at support@pajamaslovers.com as soon as possible with your order number and your request. Be sure to write “Cancel Order” or “Modify Order” in the subject line for faster processing.

What if my order has already shipped?

If your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify it. However, you may return the item(s) once received. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for instructions.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if the request is made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee the change can be made in time. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
